The owners, management and staff would like to welcome you to our home. Our goal at Rose is to create a complete, satisfying and comfortable dining experience. The creative team behind Rose has taken the three elements of the dining experience to a new level in Caldwell.

The warm, cozy and chic atmosphere in the dining areas was created by Barry Josten of Josten Construction Services. Barry combined his experience as both a contractor and restaurant owner to create the style of restaurant you would expect to see in New York. His choices of colors and textures throughout the rooms all were painstakingly selected to blend together to create a relaxing atmosphere. Every possible detail was addressed, from the sound panels and lighting to the material for the curtains oh my god, the curtains. The space was transformed from a restaurant to our home.

The culinary team is lead by the guidance of Chef Joe. His love and respect for food was taught to him by his Grandma Rose. His kitchen is a whirl of activity. The menu and specials created by Chef are a reflection of his past experiences working around the country and the world. He and every member of his staff share the same philosophy. Start with the best ingredients, stir in some respect and love and it shows in each and every dish they prepare.
